We are pleased to provide information to you about Richmond’s newly renovated affordable senior living community for those who are 55 or above.
We would be pleased to have an opportunity to meet with you in person to give you and/or your guest a personal tour of our gracious community. Until you have taken a tour, we hope our brochure and information & qualification sheet will assist you in making a decision to make the best move possible! A completed application with paid application fee and pre-approval of income limits is required to be on our waiting list.
The William Byrd Senior Apartments offers free transportation on our Wheel-chair accessible Courtesy Van for scheduled outings at local shopping venues and restaurants.
On the back of this letter, you will find commonly asked questions regarding all qualifications for a move to our community.

We hope you are prepared to place a deposit on your new one-bedroom apartment home at The William Byrd Senior Apartments or to be placed on our waiting list for a move at a later date.
In order to gather all information required, all rental applications must be completed in our office. As of January 1, 2019 applications must be completed in person at our office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
